My role was to create the previz environment and animatic for all the train shots, using a combination of custom in-engine key compositing and editing to render out dailies with integrated footage. The environment was later used as layout for the final environment.
I also experiment with final pixel rendering from Unreal with two shots; the tunnel shot and also shot entering the tunnel. This was to see how far we could push the realism of Unreal with live-action. The breakdown of these shots can be seen below:
